Finance:

The Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs Scholarship will cover the following expenses:
Full tuition fees.
flight tickets.
Free accommodation.
Monthly salary of $470.
Comprehensive medical insurance.
Visa and registration costs.

The Conditions must be met in the introduction:

For undergraduate programmes, the applicant must be under 25 years old.
For master’s programmes, the applicant must be under 30 years old.
For the PhD programme, the applicant must be under 40 years old.
The applicant must be an official candidate for this scholarship by the relevant state entities (such as ministries, embassies, employers, etc…).

Application form
A high school diploma (for Bachelor’s applicants) or a Bachelor’s degree (for Master’s applicants) or a Master’s degree (for Ph.D. applicants).
Statement of grades.
a copy of the passport.
Document on general health status (including tests for HIV, AIDS, hepatitis B and C)
Curriculum vitae (CV)
Motivation letter
Proof of English language (not mandatory)
