Job Overview	We are seeking a friendly and professional bilingual (Arabic and English) Receptionist to join our team at the KFUPM Medical Center.
Roles & Responsibilities	– Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally in both Arabic and English. – Sign in visitors and check in patients. – Register new patients and update existing patient information. – Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar. – Answer phones and emails promptly and courteously. – Process insurance verification and billing. – Collect patient co-pays and payments. – Maintain accurate medical records. – Direct patients to appropriate departments and providers. – Answer patient questions fluently and accurately in both Arabic and English – Provide basic clerical and administrative support. – Learn and adopt the use of all required software. – Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Required Qualifications	– Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken. – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. – Positive attitude and team player.
Required Experience	– 6 months relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
Skills	– Strong customer service skills. – Excellent fluency in both Arabic and English – Ability to multitask and work independently.
