Job Summary
The Airport Services Duty Supervisor is responsible for supervising airport operations including check-in, boarding, flight handling, passenger transfers, and customer service activities. The role focuses on ensuring smooth airport operations, excellent passenger experience, and on-time flight departures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise flight handling, boarding, and passenger service operations.
- Coordinate with ground handling agents (GHA) and airport departments.
- Monitor on-time flight performance and operational efficiency.
- Manage airport staff and allocate duties effectively.
- Support passengers during delays, disruptions, and denied boarding situations.
- Coordinate with cargo, catering, maintenance, fuel, and crew teams.
- Assist Airport Services Duty Officers and Airport Management when required.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational safety.
