Job Summary
The Airport Services Manager will be responsible for managing daily airport operations, coordinating with airport authorities and government agencies, supervising service providers, and ensuring the delivery of Qatar Airways’ award-winning 5-star customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all airport operations at the station.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and aviation regulations.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Coordinate with airport authorities, government agencies, and service providers.
- Monitor operational performance through KPIs and service indicators.
- Support emergency response, contingency planning, and accident management.
- Develop cost-effective operational strategies and budget plans.
- Conduct operational assessments and support new station launches when required.
- Lead, mentor, and manage airport operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience as an Airport Manager with a major airline.
- Strong knowledge of airport operations and ground services.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of budgeting, administration, and operational planning.
- Must have the legal right to live and work in Sudan.
