Kaohsiung Medical University is now open to undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students in various academic fields and specializations.
The Kaohsiung Medical University Scholarship is open to all international students around the world to study in Taiwan for Fall 2022.
Taiwan universities are offering more than 2,000 scholarships this year.
Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU) is a private university located in Sanmin District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan that was established in Taiwan in 1954.
It is a fully funded scholarship for international students in undergraduate/bachelor, master’s degree (M Phill/MS), and doctoral courses.

Eligibility criteria:

Applicants must be an international student from any country other than Taiwan.
Applicants must be in good physical and mental health.
Applicants may not receive any other scholarships at the same time.
Applicants must correctly, truthfully and completely fill out the application form and submit the application materials as required by the University.
Applicants with a high school diploma are eligible to apply to undergraduate degree programs.
Applicants with a bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply for master’s degree programmes.
Applicants holding a master’s degree are eligible to apply for doctoral degree programmes.

Scholarship Description:

Applicants interested in the KMU International Student Scholarship must apply while simultaneously completing the online application form.
Each type of salary includes a different allowance as follows:
Type A: One-year tuition fee waiver, NT$10,000 stipend per month, housing coverage.
Type B: One-year tuition fees exempt from tuition fees and housing coverage.
Type C: The tuition fee is waived for one year.
Undergraduates can only apply for Type C, and Masters students can apply for both Type B and Type C doctoral degrees.
Students can apply for all types of scholarship.
Failure to follow the above instructions may affect the result of the application.

Study plan: The study plan can be written in English or Chinese.
English language proficiency certificate: “if any.” A certificate proving that your studies are in English (acceptable).
